Dear Water Customers,

 We would like to update you on the water situation in Pine Oak Forest Water.

The well is not producing enough water for your community. We are going to attempt to pressure up the system tonight, 4/1/26, around 5pm and again around 6 am tomorrow, 4/2/26. Please pass this information on to anyone who may not be receiving this email so they can be ready for these times.

This will only provide water for a short time each time so please conserve as much as possible during these times so that your neighbors farther down the line will have some water as well.

Another boil water notice has been issued because we have not been able to maintain pressure because of the extremely reduced production of the well.

We are working with the Harris County Dept of Health, and they have told us they are planning to bring bottled water to the community.

One of the neighboring water systems has agreed to let us build an interconnect to their system to allow us to bring water from their system into yours. We are meeting with engineers to design the connection, and we will update you further as this progresses.

We understand that this is very frustrating and we are doing everything in our power to get your community water.
